Lunar Sconce

Somewhere around the fourth grade, teachers start talking about the phases of the moon. And according to them and several scientist-types, the moon will, throughout a month's time, wax and wane to reveal more and/or less of itself. Our Lunar Sconce borrows its sensibilities from this phenomenon.
