THE GAMI COLLECTION
The Gami Collection is a study in transformation—where the fluid precision of paper folding meets the weight and resistance of clay. Inspired by the Japanese art of origami, each piece in the collection is shaped from a single sheet of clay, embracing the material’s natural tendencies while challenging its limitations. The process mirrors the quiet complexity of folding paper: a balance of structure and softness, discipline and spontaneity.
After much experimentation, we arrived at forms that feel both effortless and intentional—sculptural silhouettes that capture the graceful simplicity of origami while casting light in ways that elevate and soften a space.
SHAYD PENDANT
A scaled-up interpretation of our beloved Shayd Table Lamp, the Shayd Pendant draws on the delicate art of origami, combining our signature ceramic stoneware with a handcrafted French parchment shade to achieve a larger, more impactful silhouette. Handcrafted through careful experimentation, this pendant offers a sculptural presence suspended in air. Whether shining as a dreamy standalone above a kitchen nook or gathered in a dramatic cluster over a three-story foyer, it brings a subtle yet striking charm to any space.
SHAN FLUSH MOUNT
Inspired by the serene folds of paper, the Shan Flush Mount transforms the ceiling into a canvas of quiet simplicity. Its origami-like ceramic form, shaped through thoughtful experimentation, creates a soft interplay of light and shadow overhead or when used as a wall sconce.
