ORDER PROCESSING
We're eager for our products to bring delight to your home, and do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Products marked as "Ready to ship"are typically processed within 5 business days. Products marked as "Ships in 3 weeks" are typically processed within 21 business days. If your order contains both "Ready to ship" and "Ships in 3 weeks" items we will ship the entire order together.

ORDER CHANGES
Sometimes things change—we get it! If you need to make a change to your order, update your shipping address, etc, please reach out. We'll do everything we can to make sure you're delighted by SIN. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to cancel orders after 24hrs. You can reach us at info@virginiasin.com.
RETURN POLICY
Because our products are handmade, some slight variations may occur between pieces—but we do our best to match the measurements and images shown on our website. We recommend reviewing product descriptions and dimensions carefully before placing your order.
We do not accept returns unless your item arrives damaged. That said, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible orders.
To qualify for store credit, your return request must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the original packing slip or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send an email to notify you of your store credit.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs—both to and from our studio.
- We can only accept items that arrive undamaged, so we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
- Lighting products are made to order and require special handling. A 25% restocking fee applies to all lighting returns or exchanges.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the unlikely event of your order arriving damaged, please reach out to us at info@virginiasin.com, so we can help! It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check for damage within five business days of receiving your order. If your order arrives damaged, we'll need photos of the damaged item, as well as the box and shipping label. Unfortunately, we are not able to assist with damages for orders more than five business days after delivery.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. Please, contact us at info@virginiasin.com with your order number.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer Free Ground Shipping on orders over $250 within the contiguous United States only. Note: Trade and Wholesale orders are not included.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We utilize UPS Worldwide and offer international shipping to select countries. Ship windows do not include order processing time. Shipping options plus quotes are available for estimate at check out. Each country has their own duties tax which is charged upon delivery, and payment responsible by customer. Estimates are not provided for duties as we are not privy to this information and are subject to each individual country.
