Store Policy


Because our products are handmade, some variations will occur between each piece but we do our best to match the measurements and images shown on our website. We recommend reading the dimensions and descriptions listed on our website carefully before ordering. We do not accept returns except in the unlikely event of damaged items. That said, we are happy to accept exchanges for the same product (in the same size) for a different colorway. However, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways. We will only accept unused pieces in the original packaging and you will be responsible for the product to arrive undamaged during transport. Please, contact us at within 5 business days of receiving your order if you would like to exchange for a different colorway.


It's ok if you have changed your mind on your order, just let us know within 48 hours of order confirmation, otherwise our skilled team of fabricators will be hard at work handcrafting your pieces. Please email us at


Applies to domestic orders only within the contiguous 48 states. We utilize UPS Ground through which customers receive their orders 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of order process.
