All of our products are handcrafted in our ceramics studio in Brooklyn at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Our small but mighty team of fabricators individually hand form each piece from clay before air drying each piece for anywhere between 3-14 days. Once dried, each piece is fired twice before carefully packaged for safe transit, in hopes that it may bring warmth and happiness to a home like yours. For any items we don't make ourselves, we partner with local vendors who use the highest quality materials and standards.
Yes. Every SIN piece is made by hand in our Brooklyn studio using traditional ceramic techniques.
Because clay is a natural material and our products are hand-built, slight variations in size, shape, texture, and finish are to be expected. These nuances are not flaws but a reflection of the handcrafted process and the individuality of each piece.
We believe these subtle differences are what give our work its character, warmth, and sense of life. No two pieces are ever exactly alike, and that is very much the point.
Yes! We utilize UPS Worldwide and offer international shipping to select countries. Ship windows do not include order processing time. Shipping options plus quotes are available for estimate at check out. Each country has their own duties tax which is charged upon delivery, and payment responsible by customer. Estimates are not provided for duties as we are not privy to this information and are subject to each individual country.
We offer Free Ground Shipping on orders over $350 within the contiguous United States only. Note: Trade and Wholesale orders are not included.
All our porcelain and stoneware dinnerware products are dishwasher and microwave safe! For our hand-built coil ceramics, we recommend hand wash with clear soap and warm water and setting them out to air dry.
