Refund policy

Orders may only be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of being placed. Cancellations requested after the 24-hour window are eligible for store credit only.

All lighting products are made to order and are final sale. Final sale products are not eligible for return.

Products eligible for return are for store credit only. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and include the original packing slip. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Store credit can only be issued for items that arrive back at our studio unused and undamaged.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with your store credit.
