RETURN POLICY

Because our products are handmade, we do not accept refunds or returns except in the unlikely event of damaged items. That said, we are happy to exchange or offer store credit if you decide you would rather have a different color/size/do not like the item. We will only accept unused pieces in the original packaging and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please, don't hesitate to contact us at info@virginiasin.com within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will do everything in our power to make it better.  Refunds are determined on a case-to-case basis but are generally not issued unless there is a clear mistake on our part. Please note SIN is not responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages and we are unable to offer refunds due to any of these reasons. Because our products are hand-made, some variations will occur between each piece but we do our best to match the measurements and images shown on our website. We recommend reading the dimensions are descriptions listed on our website carefully before ordering.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

For all domestic orders, we utilize UPS Ground through which customers receive their orders 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch.* These delivery timeframes for ground service only apply to US addresses within the contiguous 48 states. We also provide domestic express service through UPS 2-day, 3-day and standard next day delivery. 

*We dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed - with the exception of made to order items or pre-order items and out of stock items which take anywhere from 4-8 weeks. Please email us at info@virginiasin.com for more specific lead times. 

 

LOST PACKAGES

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. If you would like to waive your signature upon delivery requirement, please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen package.

 

 

HOLIDAY EXCEPTIONS

Orders placed after 3pm EST on 11/26/19 will not be dispatched until 12/03/19. Orders placed after 3pm EST on 12/20/19 will not be dispatched until 12/27/19.

International orders may take up to 3 business days to process. Orders may be split and items may ship separately, due to inventory location. Please note that the expedited shipping method delivery timeframes do not include order processing time. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

All shipments over $500 will require a signature upon delivery, unless requested otherwise at checkout. We are unable to offer signature waiver for orders with a value greater than or equal to $750 due to UPS requirements. 

For international orders, please expect 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch. Note this does not take into account any customs clearance delays that may arise. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any delays in delivery for our international customers.
