Because our products are handmade, we do not accept returns except in the unlikely event of damaged items. That said, we are happy to accept exchanges for the same product (in the same size) for a different colorway. However, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways. We will only accept unused pieces in the original packaging and you will be responsible for the product to arrive undamaged during transport. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will do everything in our power to make it better. Please note SIN is not responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages and we are unable to offer refunds due to any of these reasons. Because our products are hand-made, some variations will occur between each piece but we do our best to match the measurements and images shown on our website. We recommend reading the dimensions and descriptions listed on our website carefully before ordering.
ORDER PROCESSINGIt takes 2-4 business days to process your order. This is from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed - with the exception of made to order items or pre-order items and out of stock items which take anywhere from 4-8 weeks. DOMESTIC SHIPPINGWe provide UPS Ground (2-5 business days), UPS 3-Day, UPS 2-DAY and standard UPS Next Day delivery to US addresses within the contiguous 48 states. Shipping lengths do not include order processing time period.

LOST PACKAGESIf your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. If you would like to waive your signature upon delivery requirement, please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen package.
HOLIDAY EXCEPTIONSOrders placed after 12pm EST on 11/25/20 will not be processed until 12/01/20. Orders placed after 12pm EST on 12/22/19 will not be processed until 12/28/20. Orders may be split and items may ship separately, due to inventory location. Please note that the expedited shipping method delivery timeframes do not include order processing time.
