SIN + Eleven Madison Park
SIN is thrilled to be apart of "Greensward," the cheese course at Daniel Humm's Eleven Madison Park. The course is essentially represented as a Central Park picnic resplendent in a basket.
Picnic basket contents include: SIN porcelain paper plates, a bottle of Picnic Basket Ale specially brewed by Ithaca Brewery, EMP branded bottle opener, a pretzel baguette with Amagansett sea salt and a container of butternut squash mustard. The Greensward, washed-rind, pasteurized, cow’s milk cheese, is soft and goes well with everything.
