Q: Where are your items made?
A: All of our products are made in the U.S.A and our ceramics are made by hand in our studio in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. When we can't source something locally, we always make sure to have it made in the U.S.A. from craftspeople who use the highest quality materials! Q: How much will the shipping cost me?
A: SIN offers complimentary shipping for all domestic orders over $80! For orders under $80, we use UPS to bring you the lowest possible rates and you can see your shipping cost & options at the time of checkout.
Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: We dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed - with the exception of pre-order items and out of stock items, which take anywhere form 4-8 weeks. Please email us at email@example.com for more specific lead times. For all domestic orders we utilize UPS Ground through which customers receive their orders 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch. These delivery timeframes for UPS Ground service only apply to US addresses within the contiguous 48 states. We also provide domestic express service through UPS 2-day, 3-day and standard next day delivery.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide from the U.S.A. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange international shipping.
Q: Can I put my ceramics in the dishwasher? What about the microwave?
A: All our porcelain and stoneware dinnerware products are dishwasher and microwave safe! For our hand-built coil ceramics, we recommend hand wash with soap and warm water and setting them out to air dry. For more information on individual products please check out our “Care instructions” tab, listed on each respective product page.
Q: How do I care for your textiles?
A: All woven textiles (aprons, bath towels, hand towels, beach towels etc.) are wash cold, tumble dry low. All knitted textiles (our blankets) are wash cold, lay flat dry and/or professionally dry clean.
Q: Do you make custom orders?
A: Yes! We are happy to do custom orders for interior designers, architects, and hospitality. If you are looking for something specific please reach out to email@example.com and we’ll get back to you! We aren’t able to offer custom orders direct to consumer at this time.
